Tha Clinic Skate Contest - - Official Details
Here’s the lowdown on Tha Clinic Skate Contest: In case you were unaware, Kevin Booker and his filmer Corey had a meeting with the main man at Schneider Optics at the Schneider Optics + Century Headquarters. Now for those of you who aren’t familiar with Schneider, these are the people who make the infamous Death Lens that every skateboarding video you watch uses. KB and Corey decided that they wanted to involve them in the contest because it is video contest [good idea] and Schneider has contributed to the skateboard community’s video demographic for quite some time and are hardly credited.
The Winner of the Tha Clinic Video Contest will receive the Death Lens, which is worth approx. $1000.00, as well as other goodies. Not bad for putting a 2minute skate video together! 2nd and 3rd place will win some neat goodies also. If you don’t film with a sony DCR VX1000/2000/2100, it’s cool. Schneider has agreed that no matter the case, as so long as they make the Death Lens for your camera’s fitting, they will send you the correct one.
