Nike SB BMX Gear

Celebrating the introduction of BMX as an official sport for the the Summer 2008 Olympics, Nike SB created a collection of BMX gear, including the cap and hood you see above as well as a couple long and short sleeve tees. Brooklyn Projects on Melrose Ave. was chosen to host the official launch party for this new and exciting product line. Although Nike SB means “skateboarding”, for some reason Nike decided to keep the same name for their BMX product–not sure how well this will fly for riders and skateboarders alike. Why would BMX riders want “SB” on their clothes? Anyways, stay tuned for further info on release. For now, check out the other pieces after the jump.
