adidas Skateboarding x Slap - - Design A Shoe
Since most of you are sick of watching adidas drop one horrible skate shoe after the other, it’s time for you to get involved and help adidas make a shoe that’s foot-worthy. Slap Magazine and adidas Skateboarding are working together on a “Design Your Own Shoe” poll where you, the reader, get to choose what model, style, and colorway for the next adidas skate shoe. We know that the design process isn’t too in-depth, but hey, you can give what input you have and maybe, just maybe, you’ll buy an adidas shoe this summer. The whole process will take roughly six weeks and you can begin by voting right now on Slap’s website for what model you want. We just casted our vote for adidas’ rarely seen, if at all, new model the Campus Vulc Hi–it’s basically adidas’ version of the Vans Half Cab. It’s also interesting to note that Slap teamed up with Nike SB on the Abbington–seems as if Slap somehow bridged the gap between these corporate monsters.
