Batman: The Movie SE on Blu-Ray & DVD

With the Dark Knight around the corner, Fox decided to release the original 1966, Batman: The Movie on Blu-Ray and DVD. Don’t expect any great CG or huge explosions. Instead you get punches and kicks punctuated with word balloons like “POW!” and “THUD!” Adam West plays Batman and faces up against villains like the Joker, The Riddler and The Penguin. It’s a great look at a classic, “campy” film. If you have a HD TV and a Blu-Ray player, the movie got great reviews for picture quality. Check it out and see how far Batman has come in 40 years.
