E3 ‘08: New Dashboard & Avatars for Xbox 360

This fall, Microsoft will release a new edition of Dashboard for Xbox 360. The new dashboard will also introduce an avatar system designed by Rare, similar to the Mii’s on the Nintendo Wii. New channels include the My Xbox channel, which includes games, photos and video. Also, a new party mode will allow an 8 person chat to be carried out regardless of where you are on Xbox Live.
