Gravis Skateboarding Fall 2008 Collection

Arto Saari recently dipped to the new skate sector of Gravis and his already “limited” Viking Hi LX pro model was featured all over the net. This left many skaters scratching their heads, but some people didn’t give it a second thought and figured that Gravis Skateboarding would end up competing with NSS and Sneaux for worst skate shoe ventures of all time. As of now, Arto is the only skater on the official team page, but Dylan Reider and a couple other randoms are supposed part of this Arto Saari empire as well. Now Gravis updated their skate site, IVSK8, with their Fall 2008 Collection, which features the black leather Viking Hi LX that will drop in August, as well as the spicy orange Viking Hi [pictured above], Viking, and a couple straightforward team models that are set for September/October releases. Gravis makes some high stylin’ kicks, and these skate shoes are definitely high quality and look pretty nice, but will they skate well and will people be hyped on Gravis’ skate sector?
