    We caught a glimpse of the Starter Black Label Collection a couple months ago, now Seattle-based shop Rock Paper Scissors is one of the first accounts to receive it. With the help of Jeff Staple, Starter makes a comeback resurgence for 2008 with a full collection of those classic team-colored satin jackets we all love as well as t-shirts and hats.
