Jeff Staple For Airwalk
Jeff Staple, curator of top-tier street label Staple Design, is working on a project with Airwalk (we told you they were dope) dubbed “STPL™ 4 Airwalk®” that will be exclusively sold at go-to cheap shoe store Payless. The exclusive STPL™ 4 Airwalk® line will launch in Fall ’09 at about 400 Payless stores and Payless.com® and is expected to include as many as 12 original designs for men and women each season including new silhouettes and core Airwalk styles featuring mixed materials and contemporary, progressive details stressing streetwear and skate style. The new line will sell for about $50 a pair.
With all the overpriced, ugly shoes storming the ‘net these days, we could care pay less. See ya there!
