Kidrobot brings us The Simpsons in vinyl form, 3″ to be precise, featuring 24 of your favorite characters, like Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, Maggie, Barney, Itchy & Scratchy, Chief Wiggum, Apu, Mr. Burns, Sideshow Bob and many more!

This is a “blind assortment“, meaning all the figures are packaged in identical boxes which have a list of possible characters in the box and there is a certain percentage chance of what character you’ll get. Apart from the 24 figures, there are 3 surprise “chase” figures which are not listed on the box and are so rare that toy fiends will buy them for hundreds of dollars if you happen to get one. Medicom Toys is releasing a 12″ Chun-Li figure in Japan as part of their Real Action Heroes Line. The figure comes with a stand and is fully articulated, making high-kick poses possible. Halo Statues by Weta

If you are unfamiliar with Weta, they are a special effects house who worked on movies like The Lord of the Rings. They are also in the business of selling expensive merchandise. Their upcoming line of statues are taken from the Halo universe. There are 5 statues in all which include Master Chief, Cortana, and more. Right now there is no firm release date or prices. The end of July is drawing near, and you know what that means, toy fanatics will be storming the SDCC [San Diego Comic-Con] that takes place at the Convention Center July 24th-27th. Batman Tumbler Transformer

With the release of The Dark Knight only days away, we bring you information of the Tumbler Autobot Edition. The Tumbler is the Batmobile from the upcoming Batman: The Dark Knight and Batman Begins movies. As you can see, the Tumbler got a Transformer overhaul, giving Optimus Prime some serious competition. Don’t get too excited though, as this toy is only concept art. We will keep you updated if this mean black beast becomes a reality.

Metroid Phazon Suit Statue

First 4 Figures is set to releases this amazing Samus Phazon Suit Statue. Samus is the main character from the Nintendo made videogame Metroid. The statue stands 11.5 inches tall and is crafted entirely in transparent resin, with over 25 LED lights incorporated to give it the Phazon glow, and the whole thing is mounted on a mirror base that ties the whole effect together. The Phazon Suit Samus is going to be pretty rare with only 1,500 pieces being releases worldwide, and expensive at $224.99. The figure releases in the first Quarter of 2009. KAWS 4-foot Companion is by far the biggest toy drop [pun intended] this year. For those of you who are serious KAWS fans or are just looking to one-up every KAWS fan in existence, now is your chance. Trust us, these giant figurines what be around for long, so hit up Commonwealth to express your serious inquiry. There are only 400 of these in existence and they were going for $3,000 on KAWS online store, we’re not sure what the price is at Commonwealth.

Darkstalkers: Morrigan Statue

Last week we gave you a look at the first Street Fighter 4 statue of Chun-Li. Today we give you a first look at the Darkstalkers, Morrigan Statue. If you are unfamiliar with Darkstalkers, it is a 2D fighter from Capcom, who also makes Street Fighter. Morrigan has appeared in a bunch of games besides Darkstalkers, like Marvel vs. Capcom. This statue, made by Pop Culture Shock, stands 16.5″ tall and will be available in November [limited to 400]. There will also be a limited to 200 green hair/eyed Sideshow EX Morrigan holding a pet bat which will be available July 11th on SideShowToy–hit the link below to check the images. $275 each

Street Fighter IV Chun-Li Statue

The first art piece from the highly anticipated Street Fighter IV has been revealed by SOTA Toys. This Chun-Li statue stands in at 10 inches tall, on a highly polished stand. The statue will be limited to 700 pieces. It comes in at a hefty prices of $100, but based on SOTA Toys great work in the past, the statue should be highly detailed and worth the price. There has been no release date set at this time, but we will keep you informed.

Guitar Hero McFarlane Action Figures

Yesterday we let you know that Guitar Hero: On Tour was in stores. Now we bring you the new Guitar Hero action figures from McFarlane. There will be four figures in the Guitar Hero line, including Axel Steel, Johnny Napalm, Lars Umlaut and God of Rock. Each figure will have 15-18 moving parts. Iron Man & Dark Knight Collectibles

The movies keep coming and the accessories keep dropping. We’ve seen Iron Man New Eras, Dark Night New Eras, DC Comics Dark Knight replicas, and even Medicom Dark Knight figures, now we have a preview of 1/6 scale Iron Man & Dark Knight Collectibles that were displayed at the 2008 Tokyo Toy Show. The Iron Man and Dark Knight figures are incredibly detailed and come with detachable heads and multiple hands so you can put them on display without their masks and change up their hand positions.
